Notes

  1. This challenge is not inclusive of airfare to and/or from Hong Kong, accommodation in Hong Kong, or travel to and/or from the port in  which the cruise will depart from. Distributors will have to make their own travel arrangements to the port before embarkation and from  the port after disembarkation.
  2. A seat, free or subsidized, can only be used by the owner of the account who has obtained the seat.
    1. Distributors who have qualified for a free seat and have qualified for a second seat, free or subsidized, may give away a seat to their  spouse or their child.
    2. Participating children must be over the age of 10 and under the age of 18.
  3. All E. Excel Royal Caribbean Cruise Travel Incentive participants must submit the completed 2017 E. Excel Cruise Forms (Philippines) by  8 September 2017. Late submissions or edits and changes to the form after 8 September 2017 will not be accepted. Distributors taking  their child or spouse must also complete the 2017 E. Excel Cruise Guest Information Form (Philippines) by the same date.
  4. Due to the limited number of seats on the cruise, seat priority will go to those who have qualified for a free seat, followed by those who  have qualified for a subsidized seat. However, completing the registration process will not guarantee a seat regardless of whether you  have qualified for a free or subsidized seat.
  5. Those who complete the challenge and submit the completed 2017 E. Excel Cruise Forms (Philippines) first will receive priority during  room allocation.
  6. In the event that there are no more seats left, free seat qualifiers who have submitted the relevant forms will receive 73,000 SV worth of  E. Excel product coupons; subsidized seat qualifiers who have submitted the relevant forms will receive 24,300 SV worth of E. Excel  product coupons.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Extra Excel International (Phils.), Inc. is hereinafter referred to as the “Company.” Only Philippine Distributors of the Company are eligible  for this challenge. Participants in this challenge (“you,” “your”) are subject to these terms and conditions.
  2. Any rewards earned through this challenge, including but not limited to free seats, may not be returned or exchanged for SV, EV,  products, or cash.
  3. Monthly PGSV will not include roll-up SV.
  4. A Diamond Ambassador is entitled to Free Seats for self and spouse (seat only, not inclusive of airfare subsidy). Jade Ambassadors are  entitled to one Free Seat for themselves only (seat only, not inclusive of airfare subsidy). Additional seats and the airfare subsidy must  be obtained according to the challenge.
  5. The Company reserves the right to discontinue this challenge at any time.
  6. Distributors who qualify for a seat on the cruise, whether a free seat or subsidized seat, but are unable to participate, will not receive  any compensation, including product coupons.
  7. Product coupons shall be distributed at the Company’s sole discretion.
  8. The Company reserves the right to modify the travel itinerary.
  9. This promotion utilizes the 3% Promotional Fund.
  10. You must comply with the Company’s Policies and Procedures. Failure to comply with the Policies and Procedures or these terms and  conditions will result in your immediate disqualification from this challenge.
  11. The Company reserves the right to change or amend the terms and conditions of this challenge, including the challenge itself, at any  time.
  12. In the event of a dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
